First of all, I know that some of our women are upset because they don’t like the title of this work. Don’t judge this book by what you read on the cover. This is not and was never meant to be some latent misogynistic women-bashing book. We don’t do that around here. The fact is, most men don’t have their shit together either.

Time to explore some bad behavior on the part of human beings based on some shit that most of us can't control- our feelings. To look at some of the irrational shit that transpires between people when the misunderstanding about why we are together-becomes a beef. This has been a hard code for most to decipher because the bad behavior and the good behavior come from the same wish list. The very same behavior that makes you feel secure, loved, protected and free, will have you scared, hurt, ass-out and locked up somewhere. The only variable is the other person involved.
